Community Programs
CRAS Classes (Civilian Response to Active Shooter)
Description of the class.
We provide an hour and half presentation on your response to an Active Shooter Event. This program is for businesses in the area that want to educate their employees on a response plan to an active shooter event. An active shooter event is quickly becoming a scary trend in America and your employees deserve the right to be educated and prepared for the possibility of this tragic event happening to them. If you are interested, contact Public Information Officer Hailie Tolich 479-968-3232 or email here.
Car Seat Installation
What is a car seat technician?
A car seat technician is a trained professional who specializes in the proper installation, inspection, and education regarding child safety seats. Car seat techs provide hands-on assistance to parents and caregivers, teaching them how to install car seats according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local laws. They also offer educational materials on choosing the right seat based on a child’s age, weight, and height.
