The Finance Department is charged with maximizing the use of financial resources by maintaining an efficient system to facilitate transactions involving the collection, disbursement, and reporting of the City of Russellville’s funds. This department is responsible for administering the financial operations of the City including payroll as well as implementing an annual budget. Finance also maintains the City’s financial records and provides monthly financial reports to city officials as well as Russellville’s citizens while adhering to GAAP standards. All city financials are subject to an annual state legislative audit.
